Chrome Frame To Allow IT Engineers Enjoy Google Chrome Inside IE

Google Chrome Frame is Google's way of telling Microsoft that their Internet Explorer browser isn't suitable for the modern Internet. Many IT engineers are forced to use older versions of IE because the business demands applications to run on older versions of IE. Typically, in corporate world, installing new software requires administrator rights, which are very restricted. Google has been working on this problem for long time and finally came up with a plugin called 'Chrome Frame' that works perfectly on Internet Explorer 6, 7, 8 and 9 on Windows 7 / Vista / XP SP2 or greater. At Google I/O conference yesterday, Google engineers Amit Joshi and Alex Russell announced that the latest update of Chrome Frame solved the problem and now anyone can install Chrome Frame inside IE without needing the admin rights. #-Link-Snipped-#

Google said that mandatory admin rights was the major roadblock for Chrome Frame. Amit Joshi, when asked about how Google solved this problem, said it would be a lengthy technical discussion and summarized it saying that it was about making the technology work under the browser than be a plug-in.

If you wish to test Chrome Frame, access the #-Link-Snipped-# with Internet Explorer and download it. Be sure to share your experience with the #-Link-Snipped-#. With Chrome Frame, you can get speedier web browsing experience, thanks to improved Javascript rendering engine, access to advance features and enhanced support to open technologies and all through the same browser that you are used to.

We look forward to your opinion on Chrome Frame.
