HI guys,
I'm up on a project to build a custom bike, I need a bit of assistance in this case.
Any professional guys in here who could lend a hand?
I need help with the frame design, the angles and other details, also a major question is what material to use. also which shape ? Rectangular bars or the regular tube type chassis?

    Hello Abhi,

    First of all I take the meaning as *Bicycle* right? If it is a motorbike, tell me so... We will figure out in this discussion.

    Have you googled? I would suggest you to be simple. Try google images. See various models. try to copy them in your design and then change various parts.

    I assure you in the process of copying you will yourself innovate something.

    Now about material I think normally steel is used, else what are the other ideas have you thought about them?

    Well, its a part motorcycle, part atv. You being in Nagpur can work with me on this. I'm in the design process of the chassis, once it's complete I need to get it under Ansys. Few details need professional help, for which I'd be visiting some custom shops in pune n mumbai. for the material, I'm confused over what grade of steel to be used and where i could find it.
