Change my job field for growth.
i have 1.5 year og experience in drive test engineer in telecom but there is no growth in that field so i want to change my field asap what we do i am 2014 batch passout

Understand the market where you can have good exposure and accordingly try to gain domain knowledge of same.
Also check on the skills apart from domain understanding which you aquire during your tenure. With help of that skills you can have good career option.
