CE is global

As most of our CEans already know, CE got started as a hobby website and was run as one for almost 2.5 years. Like any other online community, CE relies on its active member base for growth & value creation. So far, we have been successful with our active members; although few in numbers, they bring in enormous value & knowledge to CE forums. The posts contributed by our active members continue to pull visitors (and potential members) from major search engines including Microsoft's Bing!
It's a fact that a majority of our userbase is from India. The user Ids and the nature of the questions asked gives an impression that Cr
azyEngineers is a community for Indian Engineers only. However, we continuously try to keep CE a global community of engineers and try to reach as many engineers as possible around the globe. Since day 1 of CrazyEngineers, we have injected few rules in the blood stream of CE. They are -

[*]No use of language other than English - unless absolutely required.
[*]No use of SMS text - we do not use short forms of words in our posts.

Global CE
These two primary rules help us attract lot of engineers from around the globe. It might be that India produces tens of thousands of engineering graduates every year and naturally the
registrations from India are high.
We hope & continue our efforts to make sure that CE is seen & felt as a Global Engineering Community. I look forward to your contribution in achieving the goals all of us have set for CE.

Forgot to mention that CE is visited by engineers from 190 countries around the world. Not bad for a community that didn't spend a buck on marketing, promotions & branding 😀

Sure you can. The statistics is generated using Google Analytics. The list of countries is available.
