Teaching quality may be good here or not that bad but here in north side ,there are less electronics companies.

Got DVLSI in Cdac Noida and it was my 1 st preference. should i apply for desd in cdac noida in second counselling or vlsi is good (No tension of placement)

Do you have idea about upgradation scheme..how does it get upgraded...i mean will i get the seat ( considering i am getting an upgrade) from the preference just above from what i got now..or it will be randomly given from any of the above center according to the vacant seats??

yes it is....if you dont, then you wont be considered for this counseling round..and will have an option of entering in second counselling..but its risky..as all seats may get full..but dont take my word for it...let others reply on this..and take decision..and best would be to go to the nearest cdac center and enquire. 3rd round is different. To stay in the process of the second round, yes you have to pay the token 10k amount
