guys..pls help me......i,m a computer science engg student..but seriously i haven't got any interest in this field...n by hearing dis you may ask.."then y u took this"..its quiet simple...i wasn't thinking about ma future at 18 years of age n all.....but now i,m desperate to change ma career to automobile field which is my passion from my childhood onwards.....

so i,m requesting u guys to help me to solve dis situation

There are a lot of computer science application in the automobile field. You can combine both.

I guess there is software development of CAD package ,or even you can be in testing department for such projects. Even though its not completely automobile but i guess you will feel like you are a bit in Mechanical discipline

Software for designing is a spot where you can get more chance in automobile and Electronically controlled tech plays todays world.So try to get latest updates and try to implement new ideas in automobile field.

I'm not sure if computer science engineers can directly get into automotive field, but I'm 100% sure that there are opportunities. If you're looking for a pure mechanical/automobile related job; you will have to look for courses, trainings etc. that will enable you to find a relevant job. Else, you will have to find a job that lets you use your computer science skills in the automobile field.

There's an alternative though. You may want to start a venture in automobile related domain while you complete your studies and then instead of looking for a job; you may dedicate your full time to your venture. Not sure how good this idea is; but I know people who've done similar things.

dear sir...how abt getting a small training as mechanic..in somesome reputed aotomotive companies...n with dat will i get admissions..in university for higher studies specialising in automotive industry?
