Your best bet is any web design company, I'm sure there are plenty of them in India. I'm not too sure about the IT giants may have openings for web design position.

Have a resume uploaded in as many job portals as possible.

Do you mean web designing i.e adobe photoshop, coral draw, psd conversion or web development i.e php, mysql, linux and all?

As i have done lil bit training in asp.net. will it be fine to have course of web development..
