Can SAP IDE be installed in laptops?

I want to install SAP IDES into my laptop.Is it possible?
If possible what should be the system requirements like how much memory would it occupy?etc.,
And if possible give me brief step by step description of installation.

You will need the following media available on SAP Marketplace -

j2sdk-1_4_2_17-windows-amd64.exe

IDES EHP6 Installation Master

IDES EHP6 Installation Export

NW703 Kernel 720_Ext

SL Controller 720

MS SQL RDBMS

SAPCRYPTOGRAPHIC Library

JCE (Java Cryptography Extension) Policy

Download and store it on your local hard disk. If you do not have SAP customer id use #-Link-Snipped-# for free SAP access

For the installation we require server with

RAM of 4 GB and above

HDD of 600 GB

Intel i3 processor 64-bit and above

Windows server 2006 R2 operating system.

we have to fill it and execute it and they will send the login credentials to our mail.And everyday we have to request for a new password.Will it work?
