I faced the same problem while ago, didn't find C/C++ 64-bit compilers for Windows except Visual Studio which is <very><very>Expensive</very></very>
lcc-win64 is free for just messing with 64-bit programming, still under developments & have some problems, try it & contribute with our feedback on the website. -

Or GET Borland5.5 Form its website.
& use as an command-line commpiler.
More simple use a code writer (like codeblocks) & compile with Borland 5.5
