#-Link-Snipped-# , it would've helped if some preview was given (as how it happened etc.)
For the time being, I would say, run chkdsk /f for the OS drive (eg C😀 and see if it fixes the issue.

Did the error happen after you installed something or did any changes to the hardware? We need to know the backdrop of this event - so that we can suggest you a possible fix.

Did you, by any chance, upgrade memory OR updated driver?

No Nothing new has been installed.
There is a possibility that this happened due to a few basic issues .
    Check the following :
    1. Open the CPU , remove the RAM from its socket. clean the socket. Clean around the processor fan similarly. Fix one of the RAM cards ( I'm assuming you have both slots filled ) and restart the system.
Check with the other RAM card and then again with both.
1.1 if it works with one but not the other , replace the other card. Its probably a faulty RAM card.
1.2 If it works with either but not both , then do get your RAM sockets checked theremight be a circuit break , they might request a motherboard change.

    2. Once you've checked it , If you have a spare SMPS do replace and check it. ( remember to use a similar model )

    3. Do approach a service centre to identify if It is a motherboard fault.

I doubt it is an OS issue, but I'd advice you to back up data and try a reformat before you go for an expensive solution.

Next time when it comes please check and revert with following information:
There will be a warning like:"A problem has been...damage to your computer"
After this will be a message like:
BAD_POOL_HEADER (or something else written, this is the reason why it is happening, pls share the same)
At the end there will be technical information like:
    ***STOP: 0x000000FD (0x00000...., 0x0000.....,0x0000....,0x0000....)
Please note down the values which come for your PC during blue screen, in the above format and share, it could be 0x000000EA or some other values for your PC, based on this information, the reason of BSOD can be verified.
