Blower design for required air flow output

I need to design a blower for cool the heat sink modules of inverters.
So i need to get flow output of 3000 m3/hr. & 100 mm pressure
for i would like to use a 1HP induction motor of 1400 RPM.
So please help me to start the design of BLOWER.
I would like know that what is the design consideretions for blower,calculations,
and how can i approach them.
i am strugling to get the data.pls any one help me ....
