Biggest deal in Advetisement world: Dentsu bought Aegis

Japanese Advertisement giant Dentsu on Thursday stunned the world by announcing the cash deal of $5 billion to buy the British marketing group Aegis.

The deal is considered as the one of biggest in the history of advertisement arena that will bring together no. 5 and No. 7th player in advertising world. After merger this would be the biggest marketing communications group in Asia and the second largest in western Europe.

We need to consider that Dentsu has already registered their presence in US by buying McGarryBowen and Attik.

Looks like now they have plan to rule the Advertising world?
