Since not many industries in Pune are service-oriented, the choice of software depends on what the client is using. The popular choices for CAD design are Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks and NX. Most overseas clients use CATIA and NX because of their advanced design features, and many MNCs in Pune hire people with a background in these two.
If you're just entering into CAD, it's recommended to go ahead with SolidWorks because it's cheaper and very easy to learn. Once you get a hang of it, you can go ahead with CATIA or CREO.
(I'm assuming you're looking for a certification course and have tried to answer accordingly) ?
