Better job civil engineer or sales and markrting

Hello everyone my name is rohit i have completed my b.tech with civil in 2016 and spending many time in searching job of se field i didn't got ..so thrn i join sales and markrting and working with this company as an assiatnat manager getting 28k after 2 year now i am seeing in this field there is no respect and growth ...now i am too confuse plzzz suggest me ...
