WOW!!! Now, this is interesting; No SAMSUNG in the list of 100.

Do you think that SAMSUNG is doing nothing creating or innovative that's luring engineering students. Or the reason could be Forbes had given preference to american companies?

Meanwhile, any ranking make sense when we publish the criterion using which ranking's are derived.

As far as I have heard about Samsung, they are too restrictive. People told me that you have to stay in office from 9 to 5 (or 6, may be), even if you don't have anything to do. All top companies provide flexible work hours (I think!), and that makes them preferable.

It is good to see Walt Disney in the top 10. They've been topping the charts forever.

Most of the companies in the list are product manufacturing companies or the top end software companies. Surprised to see none of the Indian IT companies feature in the list.

PS: What's the geographic location of the students who were interviewed for the survey?

None of the Indian based IT / Non-IT has good names (work culture wise) in USA. Even, say none of the Asian wouldn't be a over-rated statement as well.

I believe the survey is done with with US engineering institutes. Somebody please confirm.
