Battery Insulation resistance Caluculation [Software development]

Hello Everyone 

I have to develop insulation resistor value  for our battery 350V

I have seen in online so many Caluculation for insulation resistor, but not sure how to develop a software using this caluculation

MY questions, can you explian me how to develop software and hardware to find the Insulation resistor for battery 350V
