"Automatic penalty charging for traffic regulation".
Project Abstract / Summary : ABSTRACT
In this project, we have design a system which will automatically incur penalty to the car driver and owner for violation of traffic rules.
There are 4 units in this project. One will be a standalone system attached to the ignition mechanism of the car, second will be a standalone system which will be attached to the traffic signal points and third will be the standalone system which will be attached to the RTO office center and forth will be the standalone system which will be placed in speed limit and no parking zone.
If the car has stand on zebra crossing, PUC expired, illegal signal crossing, or crossing the speed limit penalty will be charge with assign limit of 3 times. If the limit is crossed car ignition will be blocked by system.
Why did you choose to work on this project topic : We were thinking about automation and finally we thought about traffic system. Then we search a lot about traffic over internet and discuss with faculty of our college and got this idea.The main application of our project is in traffic regulation.
This project is upgradation of red eye camera and speed limiter used in highways. In our project we added ignition mechanism,document verification and prohibit drunken driving.
This project will solve the problem of briebery offered to traffic police, as traffic system will become fully automatic. There will be no traffic police for charging fine.
