Project Abstract / Summary : We visited the many submersible pump manufacturers and we found the problem that while disassembling the body more labour work required, more time consuming and sometime damage to the outer periphery of body.
    • So we decide to make such machine which will reduce the labour work, time for disassembling the body, chances of damage.
    • Here we will use an induction motor to disassemble the body of submersible pump.
    • For automatic operation we are using microcontroller and sensor.
    • There are number of advantages of this machine which are,
      1. Reduce the labour work.
      2. Reduce time for disassembling the body.
      3. Reduce chances of damage.
      4. Security/Safety for human.
      5. Less no. of labours required.
      6. Increase the manufacturing because it will take less time to develop the new body than disassemble the old body.
      7. Less maintenance/ repairing time, So consumer get the product within less duration.

Why did you choose to work on this project topic : We choose to work on this project because there is a huge market of submersible pumps in Rajkot and by visiting no. of industries we found that they are disassembling with the help of labour. So, We thought that automation in this thing can increase the manufacturing and other advantages also. The main thing was that we fond this problem while visiting and training in the industries and never see anyone who is doing the same project.
