Auto Piercing On CNC Gas cutting

Dear friends,
I am having CNC Plasma cutting & Gas cutting,
On gas cutting I can cut up to 150mm thick Mild Steel plate but I am facing a problem of piercing of that plate 1st I have to do Nesting & then marking for internal cutting then drilling for start the cut & then cutting.
I am looking for automatic pearling attachment for pearling of 100mm thick plate on gas cutting (Oxy Acetylene), so anybody help me for that or give some ideas for auto pearling.
