Asus Unveils Two New Laptops A540LA And R558UR At Starting Price Rs. 20990

ASUS recently launched two new laptops A540LA and R558UR for Indian markets at the price tag of Rs.20990 and Rs.43990 respectively. Both the devices are equipped with USB Type-C port first of its kind in this price bracket. The ASUS A540LA notebook features 15.6-inch HD display with resolution of 1366 x 768, 1.3 GHz Intel core i3-4005U processor, 4 GB of DDR3 RAM expandable upto 8 GB and Intel HD graphics 4400.

Both the devices feature Sound Master and Bang & Olufsen ICEpower audio technology for a superior audio experience with exclusive Splendid technology complementing it on for an amazing visual quality.

ASUS R558UR is an upgrade from the R558UF featuring a 15.6- inch Full HD Antiglare display, with the latest ultra-fast DDR4 memory currently available only in high end gaming machines. It houses 4 GB DDR4 memory expandable up to 8 GB.

Running on an Intel Core i5-6200U 6th-generation processor, clocked at 2.3 GHz it is paired with a 1TB SATA hard drive. It also features an NVIDIA GeForce 930MX GPU and a variety of ports including 1xUSB 2.0, 1xUSB 3.0 and 1xUSB Type-C, a headphone jack, VGA port, LAN port and an HDMI port.

Asus A540 will be available in black and silver color options while Asus R558 will come in glossy dark brown color variant.
