It's encoded using an old cipher-text encoding technique.

Wording for this question is not clear.

is it "one correct forecast" or "at least one forecast" ?
and are the 5 football games between different teams or same teams ?

Yes. The year is accurate. However, if you think you've a different answer you can provide the reasons. There are no negative marks.
