Apple is accused second time by Chinese company

A Chinese technology firm Zhizhen Network Technology has filed a legal challenge against technology giant Apple of infringing its patented voice recognition software. They had accused that Apple with its Siri software in iPhone 4s had breached the patent.

Company has filed a lawsuit, that they patented its Xiao i Robot software in 2004, while Apple's Siri, which made its debut with the release of the iPhone 4S last year, was first developed in 2007. Company Lawyer said in a press conference that they had tried to contact Apple two months ago over the alleged infringement but received no response. Also they sent a legal notice to Apple but received no response on that either.

NOTE: Not to forget that its not even a month when Apple had paid $60 million to settle China iPad trademark dispute.

Now, another Shanghai based company is waiting for the court's decision.
