Apache Tomcat 7.0

I use windows deep blue operating system. i installed apache tomcat 7.0 server for running jsp. it is installed properly but it does not start properly. if i start it manually, it does't response. Please Help me, how to run apache tomcat 7.0 for execute jsp file or any alternative methods for execute jsp file in deep blue windows os
