Any scope for embedded fresher in market

hey guys,
i think you all remember me i am narayana
let me say this in my way as simple as possible
i am a electrical and electronics engineer and i was got trained to embedded systems
when i see for job posting in both the fields there is no openings for freshers
what should i do and i need to confirm one thing i am not interested in JAVA
please give me some suggestions
