    To start with, use:
    MySQL for Dummies
    PHP5 & MySQL5 for Dummies

    You could read from:
    High Performance MySQL, Head First PHP & MySQL.

    Also you could read from online tutorials, and video tutorials on YouTube.

    Just head on to w3schools.

    But perhaps before learning mysql, what you need to learn is sql (the basic commands, etc) and DB fundamentals, for which I would highly recommend <a href="https://books.google.co.in/books/about/Database_System_Concepts.html?id=re4YQAAACAAJ&redir_esc=y" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Database System Concepts - Henry F. Korth, S. Sudarshan, Abraham Silberschatz, Professor - Google Books</a>.

    I would recommend learning My Sql from w3schools. They provide richer contents. Nice to read.👍
