chirag_kotadiaAntenna are provided as amplifiers in satellite communication system where they have certain amount of impedance. if they are properly set for a optimum gain (tuning process) then they can have the effect of impedance matching through which they can provide maximum power transfer. this is called tuning. hope you are satisfied with answer. -
