Android Jelly been have with feature Safe Mode just like PC.If phone is running on 4.1 then you can boot in safe mode which disable all third party apps.

Just install custom kernels, which have many governors (or manually install modules) & switch governors alongwith CPU's clock-speed (decrease-increase) as per usage & save the battery. (Try Kuroz kernel, it does my job)

Yes, I have used on my phone once Nokia 3120c. But in that case you need to authorize the the devices after that only you can do it.
It was basically controlling the other phone via bluetooth.
2nd, It may be a hack but it looked security flaw to me.
If any this kind application will be developed in android that will need SuperUser access (Root+unlimited authorization) to change and take control over the phone on victims phone.
I am not sure victim will install this application on their phhone and without any such application you just can't take over the phone.

Flash Transfer an android application which helps you to transfer everything in your (apps, doc files, music, videos, photos etc.) via wifi. Unfortunately this app is not available in play store but can be downloaded free from following link:#-Link-Snipped-#
Instead of searching best android apps , search for the best apps and games which suites your phone using "Drippler" app. While using it for the first time , it recognizes your phone model and displays only the apps which suits for your phone , so you dont have to worry about the working of those apps before installing.
"Extract Apk" app lets you to create an apk file for your apps , by which you can share them using bluetooth/nfc/wifi-direct and opening that file will install the shared app.
NOTE: Apps installed using this method can't be updated by Play Store automatically, it should be manually updated.
"Software Data Cable" app helps us in several ways. It is used for sharing files at an average speed of about 4 to 6 mb/s between phones(a little more efficient than wi-fi direct) also you can access your files from your pc or even access another phone's directory but only when they are connected to your device using Software Data Cable.

Superdope look. Intriguing part is, there is inbuilt updater which lets you update your material themed whatsapp. And yeah, it's better than WhatsApp+ because it is OpenSource.
