Android 4.0, 3D HDTV Lenovo K91 Available In China First!
Lenovo K91 comes around as the world's first Smart TV running on Ice Cream Sandwich. Nice! So, the specs reveal that it is powered by QualComm’s 8060 Snapdragon dual core CPU. The user interface will combine all the major functions, namely Video On Demand (VOD), TV programs and Internet apps (essentially from Android Market and Lenovo Store).

With a 55-inch wide HD IPS screen at 240hz with SRS TruSurround, you get awesome quality of videos without flicker under the 3D FPR technology. There is 1 GB of RAM, 8GB storage, SD card expansion bundled along. For connectivity, K 91 supports 802.11b/g/n WiFi, 10M/100M Ethernet, HDMI and USB 2.0. Users will also get to use Lenovo cloud services to connect to the app store, while getting 100 preloaded apps. There is also facility for voice recognition (natural language processing) so that users can control the remote & have parental control using the security feature for facial recognition using its 5 megapixel web camera.
No information about the price has been revealed, but it comes as a surprise for many to know that it is going to be immediately released in China. Let's wait for the CES to end to dig in more details.
