The Radeon RX 480 graphics card will be available in two options - 4GB for $199 (INR 13,400 approx.), and 8GB which costs $239 (INR 16,200 approx.), according to the information published by #-Link-Snipped-#. This largely brings down the cost for VR machines, which was earlier roughly around $300.

The credits for this achievement by the RX 480 goes to AMD's Polaris architecture. Thanks to Polaris, it inhabits the smaller yet powerful FinFET. This 14nm chip is the heart of the card and is the reason RX 480 showcases phenomenal performance as compared to other options available, as it performs nearly 5.8 trillion calculations per second.
