After PSN and SonyPictures, LulzSecurity Hack FBI partner’s site!

Lulz Security, the now-famous hacker group who have been in news lately for their #-Link-Snipped-#has reportedly pwned an FBI-affiliated website in retaliation for a recent U.S. DoD strategic report classifying cyber sabotage as an act of war.
According to an official communiqué, Lulz breached the digital security perimeter surrounding the Atlanta chapter of Infragard, took complete control of the site, defaced it and leaked the local user base.
Is this really a beginning of a global cyber war?
