I completed my polytechnic diploma after 10th in 2010 and was hired by an MNC. But now I have problems changing my JOB as every organization asks for 15 years of Regular Education.

As I do not have any idea what are the other courses available which I can take to make sure I am doing a Regular Course or I am pursuing some kind of education which will be helpful in near future, I need advise from you guys.

I can not go for Engineering because of Family/Finance Issues.

Looking forward for a response. 😀

#-Link-Snipped-# - welcome to CrazyEngineers. It'd be great if you could post a bit about your work experience so far. Because if you've relevant work experience, companies would be okay hiring you without needing the 15 years of school education.

It'd also be nice if you could share what kind of problems you are facing so that we can think of a right direction for you.

I also agree with this point, I think if you have good skills and working experience then any company must hire you without any doubt.

It is sad that companies still eliminate great potential employees at the very first level based on some fixed criteria. The biggest MNCs outsource such work so, there is no room for making exceptions.

I think they should definitely consider some highly qualified people (experience wise, not education wise)
