  Even though its software project; For project discussion you need to go there. So Kindly check in your locality for the institutions. All the best.
  
  PS: For MATLAB Project version is really important because some of library files will not be supported older version. Kindly check with you college for their MATLAB version. Also check whether you can able to install and run the system.
