Activation Of Bentonite / Manufacturing Of Bleaching Earth: ASK

Hi there, i would like to ask you about how to manufacture bleaching earth from bentonite? After i've read many resources that tell me the process can undergo in two ways, heat treatment or acid treatment. That's as far as i know. How about operational condition? what the best way to activate bentonite, the heat ways or the acid ways?



How far the technology of this process go in this future? cause i just read some resources from 50-60's. Can you inform me the latest progress of this process?



Please help me through this. I just don't know where i must learn this kind of process. If you have any suggestion in title of paper, handbook, or some related articles. I'm happy to know, thanks in advance.
