Acer Travelmate B113 Notebook For $399 In The US, Runs Windows 7 & Windows 8 Pro

Acer Travelmate B113 Notebook makes a smashing entry into the US markets for the students. With a 11.6-inch LCD LED backlit display that sports a 1,366 x 768 resolution, there's the "ComfyView" display for anti-glare matte surface, which reduces mirror-like reflections. With that form factor, one-inch thin and light-weight design, Acer's targeting to get into every student's backpack for sure. Even though it remains to be seen whether Acer achieves it or not, seven hours of battery life would mean student's don't have to run for recharging if there are few outlets in the college campuses. Running the Windows 8 Pro and Windows 7 operating systems, Acer Travelmate B113 will be powered by the Intel Ivy Bridge CoreTM i3 processors and has a 4GB of DDR3 memory, which is upgradeable to 8GB, alongside a 500 GB SATA hard disk.
