about weakness

hey friends,
many times i am confused about what is my weakness
when i say one of my weakness my friends are advice me that don't tell this weakness in interviews
so CE consists of many well known people so i am posting it here in CE
in frank my weaknesses are
1.rash driving
2.short temper
3.not willing to my mistakes

these are main weaknesses i felt in me is these weaknesses can tell in interviews
if not what kind of weaknesses can i say
Note: i have my own planning to get out of my weaknesses

Rash driving is not a weakness. It's stupidity. Other two could be weaknesses.

I dont find any best part in weakness. A weakness is a weakness.

Yeah. nothing good about a weakness.
whatever you state as your weakness in an interview should be presented with a list of things which you are genuinely doing to overcome them.😀

but my friends are saying we can't say weaknesses like short temper in the interviews
so i am confused with it 😔
