Why sports cars designed the chassis is nearly to ground.I know a little bit I.e., to achieve high speed.But need complete information.

    to achieve lower center of gravity so that while cornering the car would not rollover.It helps to keep the car pressed towards ground and better stability at high speeds is achieved.
