A Remedy for blockage problem in a seed plantation machine

Project Abstract / Summary : Storage hopers are used to store the seeds to be planted. Below the storage hopers rotary drums are provided.
There are chances of seed blockages when a seed from storage hopers flows in downward direction (i. e which meets
the ground surface). When speed of vehicle increases the percentage of blockage also increases due to which there
may be losses of the seeds or seeds may be put into the surface even if not needed, so there is need to detect such
blockages along with controlling the seed of machine. A remedy suggests some modifications in seed plantation
machine i. e placing infrared sensors which detects obstacles in the path and it also sense turning position of vehicle at
the end of land. The seed block can be detected and solves using water pressure. The machine can be controlled
remotely and solar panel is used to charge DC battery. The microcontroller is used to control and monitor the process
of system motion of vehicle with the help of DC motor. Information regarding blockage can be displayed on LCD
display. It scope can be widened, to perform a smart work.

Why did you choose to work on this project topic : To solve problem regarding daily used seed plantation machines.That is to apply technology in the field of agriculture which is said to be as Robotic agriculture.These will help in increasing the advancement in the field of agriculture.
