A.R. Rehman will perform in a grand concert in Nagpur for the first time after winning Oscar & Grammy awards. The concert has been organized by NGO Bodhi Foundation. The concert will feature over 100 musicians and artists. In addition there will be hundreds of technicians helping the performers to deliver a memorable performance.
It's expected that over 60k audience will witness the show making it one of the biggest A.R. Rehman concert ever. Following are the details of the event -
Venue : University Campus, Near University Guest House, Ambazari Road, Nagpur
Date: MAY 15, 2011
Time: 6 pm onwards.
Duration: 2.30 hours.
Ticket Rates : This is one of its kind concerts being organized in India and the tickets aren't cheaper. The ticket prices are as follows: Rs. 1000 / person, Rs. 5000 per person, Rs. 15 (for two members), VIP Tickets Rates Rs. 25000 (Sofa for 3 persons).
The tickets are bit pricy and I hope the organizers bring the rates down and offer some concession 😀
