I read the book years ago and then went on to read all the books in the series. I especially recommend "Before you quit your job", "Cashflow Quadrant" and "Rich Dad's Guide To Investing". -

I have read "Cashflow Quadrant". It has been very difficult for me to understand this book as i am small enough to read it, but it has been one of the best book i have read.😁 -
