6. Poor work culture/work ethic.
7. Inability to maintain/achieve a healthy work-life balance.
8. Lack of Feedback Mechanisms.
9. Lack of decision-making power.
10. No fun or enjoyment in job/ unchallenged.

GattyWell, i think IT industry still have high scope is future specially computer science but these reason are quite true.
