1. Mismatch between the promised job and the situation on hand.
2. Limited opportunity for personal growth and skills.
3. Boss too much to handle.
4. Lack of recognition of the good work being put-in.
5. Management freezes raises and promotions.
6. Poor work culture/work ethic.
7. Inability to maintain/achieve a healthy work-life balance.


8. Lack of Feedback Mechanisms.
9. Lack of decision-making power.

...I agree with that. I used to derive all my enjoyment from table tennis 馃槢 .

Well, i think IT industry still have high scope is future specially computer science but these reason are quite true.
