Which cdac should I choose for DAC ? My rank is 1749 (a+b)

With this rank I don't think I'll get cdac ACTS Pashan and cdac Sunbeam gultekdi but can get cdac IACSD Akurdi. But I'll have to travel 2hrs every day if...
