TISO introduces 12-speed wireless gear shift mechanism for bikes

Italian TISO has decided to make the gear shifting business in bikes completely wireless. The company recently launched a 12 speed gear system that doesn't need wires to make a shift. The system requires a rocker type switch mounted on the brake/shift that sends radio signals to a tube-mounted assembly which hosts a receiver, battery and the require circuitry. We'd assume that the system uses Bluetooth to transfer the signals to the receiver which then actuates the system to change the gear. TISO says that their system will cost lesser than similar, electronic systems available from Shimano - one the most popular brands for bike gear systems. The video demonstrates the whole thing in action. It's cool, check it out!
