Tell-tale signs that tell you to get a move on and change jobs

There comes a time in some peoples' lives when one feels burnt out and not able to take it any more. Quite often one is unaware of what is happening or is afraid to change for personal reasons. 'The known devil and unknown angel' syndrome can also be a major deterrent to change.
It is better to monitor the job health continuously and take prompt corrective action to avoid long term physical and psychological health problems.

    Whatever be the reason, if you have reached the end of the road with your job and are itching to start afresh, a career move would be the savviest decision but only after ensuring that you have tried everything to make the job work.
    To sum up, in times of job passivity, moving on can be the best decision and even worth the entailing exhausting efforts, stress and anxiety. What you give up in the job will definitely be bigger than what you get from it!
