summer Training in IT

Hi frnz!!
I am a 3rd yr student doing IT engg. and would like to know that r there still any companies offering summer training programs for students in the time of recession.
or is there any Govt institution........
any wat in IIT's? is there any fees also for doing trainig in IIT?
plz let me know in any of the above matters
