    Number of strokes = 8
    Intervals = 7
    Time elapsed between intervals for first clock = 14/7 = 2 seconds
    Time elapsed between intervals for second clock = 10.5/7 = 1.5 seconds
    Now for 5 strokes there will be 4 intervals.
    Therefore intervals between strokes = (2*4-1.5*4) = 2 seconds.
    Ans is 2
