Low academics in graduation, A way out to opt in for technical jobs

Hello All. I'm Ajay, A b.tech(ECE) graduate passed out in 2016. I've secured 58% in my graduation which is not making me ineligible for technical job. Could you please suggest me a way out.A couple of things running on my mind.

1.Pursuing M.tech (Not sure about the specialization), If you would suggest me to opt for M.tech, I would also request you to help me with the specialization and also the future in that particular technology.

2. I was also in a thought of pursuing M.tech in Opto-electronics and networking, but I'm really not sure about where would it take me. The reason I've opted for this specialization as it involves Research and development.I'm enthusiastic to learn about new things. Would be grateful to you, If any one could review the above content and suggest me a way out.

Thank you,

Ajay
