Lava unveils a pair of mid-range Z10 and Z25 Smartphones with 4G VoLTE support

Clad in premium metal designs, Lava has unveiled a pair of mid-range smartphones Z10 and Z25 with 4G VoLTE support at INR 11,500 and INR 18,000 respectively. Both the handsets feature the latest multilingual keyboard that supports eleven regional Indian languages with additional support for Smart Gestures, OTG and 3 Point Touch.

Lava Z10 features a 5-inch HD (720 x 1280 pixels) IPS display with a 2.5D curved glass on top. Powered by an octa-core processor it is coupled with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of inbuilt storage, expandable via microSD card up to 128 GB. The novel device runs on Star OS 3.3 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The dual-SIM smartphone is fired up by a 2620 mAh battery backup with Super Power Saver mode. On optics front, it houses an 8-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 LED flash featuring Bokeh, Beauty-Fi and Night Pro modes. There’s a provision for 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

The dual-SIM Lava Z25 sports a 5.5-inch HD (720 x 1280 pixels) IPS display with a 2.5D curved glass on top. Powered by an unspecified octa-core processor with 4 GB of RAM it comes equipped with 32 GB of inbuilt storage, which is expandable via microSD (up to 128 GB). The operating system for Z25 remains the same as Z10 (Star OS 3.3 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow).

Boasting a battery backup of 3020 mAh it packs a 13-megapixel rear camera with Sony Exmor RS and f/2.0 while the front features an 8-megapixel snapper with Spotlight flash. The Z10 will be offered in Gold while the Z25 would come in Champagne Gold and Grey color variants.
