Dell's Project Ophelia, is a 3-inch Android powered device, that can plug into any TV or monitor, which gives access to local files, desktop remote access and any of the apps in the Google Play Store. The dongle can be plugged into the HDMI port of any screen. With the right set of tools, one can use it like a laptop showing the Android interface. A keyboard and a mouse need to be connected through Bluetooth and the device also gives an internal storage of 8 GB, which can be expanded with the microSD card slot.

The device is packed with a 1.6 GHz Dual-core Cortex A9 processor, powered by Android 4.1.2 Jellybean. It would be made available later in the year with the price tag around $100.
