AppCampus: Learn Windows Phone & Metro Apps Programming

Microsoft and Nokia have teamed up to beat the Apples and the Samsungs of the world. While Windows phone clearly benefits from the hardware knowhow of the Finnish Nokia; the biggest pain-point for Windows phone popularity is the number of apps in the Windows Apps marketplace. Microsoft understands this and together with Nokia has launched the AppCampus program to teach how to program for Windows phone and Metro style Apps. The program will be carried out by the Alto University in May 2012 and it will attract thousands of applications from all over the world for Metro App ideas.
