  • I am seeking advice on optimal investment strategies based on the following scenarios:

    1. Short-term Investment: I can save and invest up to ₹20,000 per month for a duration of one year. What would be the best investment strategy for this period to maximize returns while considering risk management?

    2. Long-term Investment: Additionally, I can save and invest ₹10,000 per month for a period of five years or more. What would be the best investment strategy for this longer-term horizon to achieve substantial growth while balancing risk?

Given that I can save a total of ₹30,000 each month (with ₹20,000 allocated to the one-year investment and ₹10,000 to the five-year investment), how should I structure my investments to optimize overall returns?

    Thank you for your guidance.

I would recommend investing in mutual funds. Depending upon risk-taking ability; I suggest putting ₹20,000 in an equity fund per month and ₹10,000 in a hybrid mutual fund is a great strategy.
